St. Mary’s College of Commerce and Management Studies, Thuruthiply, organised a vibrant and energetic Freshers Day programme titled “Matricole – Freshers Day” on 07 August 2026 to warmly welcome the new batch of students to the college community.

The celebration provided an opportunity for the newly joined students to interact with their seniors, make new friends and become familiar with the college environment. The energetic music and entertainment made the event enjoyable and memorable for the students.

The Matricol Freshers Day successfully served as a platform to welcome the new students and foster a sense of belonging, friendship and togetherness within the college community. The programme concluded on a cheerful note, leaving the freshers with wonderful memories of their first celebrations at St. Mary’s College.
